The rules and expectations for using Invest & Educate.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Invest & Educate (the "Service") at https://bullseyeapp.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Educational use only — NOT investment advice
The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this website, in any article, lesson, quiz, chart, or data feed constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
Before making any investment decision, you should consult a qualified professional advisor. Past performance is not indicative of future returns. Investing in securities involves risk of loss.
3. Data accuracy
Market data, mutual fund NAVs, and news are sourced from third parties (Yahoo Finance, AMFI India, mfapi.in, Economic Times, Mint, Moneycontrol) and provided "as-is". We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed by 5–30 minutes. Do not rely on our data alone for real-time trading decisions.
4. Your account
You may use the Service anonymously. If you sign in with Google to access the Portfolio tracker, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to share your account or use another user's account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, mirror, or resell our data or content commercially.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Circumvent any access controls or paid content restrictions.
6. Educational content & premium access
We offer free beginner lessons and 15 advanced (premium) lessons. Premium lessons are currently unlocked for all users until 16 August 2026 as part of our launch offer. After that date, premium content may require a one-time payment of ₹199 (lifetime access). Payment terms will be published separately when the paid window begins.
7. Intellectual property
All original content on the Service (educational articles, illustrations, code, design) is the intellectual property of Invest & Educate. You may share links to public pages, but you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of premium educational content without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invest & Educate shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to investment losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
